From: Sesamin stimulates osteoblast differentiation through p38 and ERK1/2 MAPK signaling pathways
Gene expression analysis and enzymatic activity of osteoblastogenic markers, for gene expression, 24 h FCS deprived hFOB1.19 cells were cultured in the presence of sesamin at indicated concentrations for another 24 h. cDNA of each samples was analyzed by Real-time PCR.
