Effect of CJ methanol extract on serum cytokines in LPS-injected mice. CJ methanol extract ( 25, 100, and 400 mg/kg) was orally given to mice for 1 week. Untreated and control groups received an equal volume of water. On day 7 intraperitoneal injection of LPS (1.3 mg/kg) was carried out. Serum was obtained 1 h after LPS challenge.
