Effects of EOFAZ on MDA contents in HUVECs' injury induced by ox-LDL . HUVECs were treated as described in Figure 1, followed by cell lysate preparation. MDA contents was measured with the thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance (TBARS) assay. The values shown are mean ± S.E.M. of three experiments (four or five cultures per experiment). ## p < 0.01, vs. control group; **p < 0.01, vs. ox-LDL group.
