Immunoblot (a) and densitometric (b) analysis of bax in kidney of control and treated animals. The protein was separated on 12% SDS-PAGE and blotted with anti-bax antibody. The intensity of the protein band was scanned by densitometry. Results are significantly different as compared to controls (p<0.005).
