Inhibition of iNOS and COX-2 expression in LPS-stimulated microglial cells by Af extract. Microglial cells were treated with 100 μg/mL of Af extract, followed by stimulation with LPS for 20 h. Equal amounts of cell lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies to iNOS, COX-2, and β-actin. A.
