  1. Cell lysates of HCC cell lines as described for Table 1, were subjected to specific western-blots for PPARγ, COX 2 and iNOS and for β actin as equal loading control. Densitometry of specific band intensity was normalized to β-actin expression. Mean values ± SD from three independent experiments.
