Effect of SR10 on PDGF-BB-induced 3 H-thymidine incorporation in A7r5 cells. Cells were treated with PDGF-BB (25 ng/ml) for 24 hours in the absence or presence of SR10 and incorporation of 3H-thymidine was measured. Data was expressed as mean ± S.D. with six replicates for each of three independent experiments. By Mann-Whitney test, significant difference when compared to PDGF-BB alone was indicated by *p < 0.05 or # p < 0.01.
